What is the Flavor Master Education Course?
플레이버마스터 교육과정이란?
The Flavor Master Education Course is designed to familiarize participants to the nuance, nomenclature, and understanding of Flavor. Students will interact with Flavor through prerequisite learning, lectures, demonstrations, and tastings. Students will demonstrate their comprehension of concepts through written and practical examinations, and successful students will receive a Flavor Master Certificate issued by The Culinary Institute of America (CIA).
플레이버마스터 (Flavor Master) 교육과정은 향미의 뉘앙스, 명명법, 이해도를 숙지하도록 고안되었습니다. 학생들은 선행학습, 강의, 시연, 시음 등을 통해 맛과 소통하게 됩니다. 필기/실기시험을 통해 개념 이해도를 입증하고, 합격생은 The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) 가 수여하는 학점과 플레이버마스터 자격증을 받게 됩니다.
